Zebre boost midfield options with signing of Argentine centre

Parma-based Zebre have announced the signing of Cornish Pirates centre Nicolas De Battista.

The 27-year-old makes the switch from second-tiered Championship to the Guinness Pro 14 and Challenge Cup.

Uncapped by Argentina at international level, De Battista will make the switch for the 2018-19 campaign.

During his two years with Cornish Pirates, the Rosario-born midfielder has made 51 appearances and scored 13 tries.
