A former Market Bosworth schoolboy, Ollie was part of the Canada squad at the World Under 20 Trophy in Portugal and played three group matches against Nambibia, Tonga and Hong Kong.
He was part of Leicester Tigers elite player development group before emigrating to Vancouver, with parents Tracey and Tony, and sister Alice, having originally lived in Barton in the Beans.
In January 2017, he was named in the Canada squad for the 2017 Americas Rugby Championship.
