Darran Harris

11th Nov 1992 1.80m/102kg Loosehead Prop

Harris began playing his rugby at Brecon RFC as a prop before progressing to the youth ranks of Merthyr RFC. He was then rewarded with a call up into the Cardiff Blues Age Grade system and then made the move to Pontypridd RFC.

It was during his time under Dale McIntosh that Harris made the decision to move from prop to hooker.

In 2013 Harris was part of the Pontypridd squad that went on to win the Principality Premiership and the SWALEC Cup.

He then moved onto Llanelli RFC and in-time was called up to the Scarlets before leaving the Region to join current club Rotherham Titans.

Harris also has international caps for Wales U20s, Wales U18s and Wales U16s.

Harris was released from the Dragons at the end of the 2016/17 season.
