Rouse plays his club rugby for San Francisco Golden Gate Rugby Club, and also plays for the San Francisco PRO Rugby team.
Rouse earned his first cap for the U.S. against Russia in June 2010 and was selected to tour with the USA Eagles XV for the Autumn 2010 tour of Europe.
