Who stood out for the British and Irish Lions
It was not the result Andy Farrell and his men would have wanted but not all is lost. At times the Lions attack looked hot with excellent plays from lineouts and scrums.
In the pack, Ellis Genge, Ben Earl and Finlay Bealham stood out. Genge and Bealham were powerfull in the scrums and Genge with a great linebreak that setup Tadhg Beirne's try. Earl made the most meters of all the forwards (56).
In the backs, Tommy Freeman, Fin Smith and Marcus Smith stood out! Freeman looked dangerous every time he got the ball. Both Smith's linked up either in first receiver or on the outside. Freeman made 84 meters (most in the match) and beat 8 defenders while Fin Smith made 10 tackles.
