De Wet heading to Loftus

United Rugby Championship (VURC) winning scrumhalf Paul de Wet has switched allegiances from South to the North as he signs with the Bulls on a short-term deal. De Wet, who has been with the Cape side since the 2017/18 season and made more than 80 caps across the VURC, Investec Champions Cup, Rainbow Cup SA and Super Rugby competitions. He arrived in the capital at the beginning of July and will call the fortress home until the end of the 2025/26 season.
