Quins bounce back to thump Red Bulls

Harlequins ran in eight tries on route to a thumping 52-14 victory over Newcastle Red Bulls at The Stoop.
Tyrone Green bagged a brace on his 100th appearance in the Quarters as the hosts scored six first-half tries.
Luke Northmore, Rodrigo Isgró, Will Porter, Will Evans, Cassius Cleaves and George Turner also crossed the whitewash in TW2 as Quins finished block one of the Gallagher PREM on a high note.
Harlequins returned to The Stoop for their final league until late November as Tyrone Green lead the team out on a day he joined an elite group of Harlequin centurions.
Quins dominated early proceedings and opened up a two-try lead inside twenty minutes. First, Rodrigo Isgró had a try ruled out inside five minutes for a forward pass, however, Luke Northmore got Quins off the mark on his first appearance at The Stoop this campaign (7-0).
Soon after, Tyrone Green strolled through a gaping hole in the Red Bulls defence to cross on a memorable day for the club (14-0).
Quins' third saw Marcus Smith hitch-kick his way through the Red Bulls' defence on halfway to put in Will Porter in under the sticks, before Isgró produced a moment of Latin American flair straight from the streets of Mendoza.
Porter's delicate grubber kick in behind caused the retreating Simón Benitez Cruz a world of trouble as it sat up for his Los Pumas teammate to get a toe on the ball, bounce within centimetres of the touchline, and back into the clutches of the winger to finish with a flourish (28-0).

Moments before half-time, Tyrone Green secured a brace as he demonstrated great strength to burrow his way to the line after an initial break from Kenningham (35-0).
After the break, the hosts seemed to pick up where they left off as Will Evans crossed after a powerful rolling maul. Cassius Cleaves then got in on the action as Smith put the speedster over Quins seventh score (47-0).
Quins continued to apply the pressure on the Red Bulls as George Turner scored on the hour mark to bring up a century of points for the hosts - a first try in the Quarters for the Scotsman (52-0).
Ollie Leatherbarrow and Max Clark bagged two consolation tries for the Red Bulls in the final five minutes to conclude scoring at The Stoop (52-14).
