Hall is an openside flanker that plays his club rugby for Ballynahinch in the UBL.
He came through the club system with Ballyclare RFC and attended Ballyclare Secondary School.
Hall is a tenacious openside who causes havoc at the breakdown with his ability to fetch a turnover.
He made his Ulster debut in November and was included in the Ireland U20 squad for the 2018 Six Nations.
