Antonio Rizzi

Born in Trieste, Rizzi grew up in the Leonorso Rugby Udine, then moved to Mogliano where he won the 2015-18 Italy Champion title in the 2015/2016 season.

In the same year, as vice-captain, he took part in the European Under-18 Championship in Cardiff and Six Nations Under 20.

Growing in ballistic skills, with excellent stand-by-averages and concrete work in the control room, he led the Italian U20 national team at the Six Nations 2017 and the World Championship held in Georgia which saw Italy hit a historic eighth place.

Passed in 2017 to Petrarca Rugby, in 2018 Antonio played and won the championship of Excellence collecting 12 appearances and 45 points.

Having joined Benetton in 2018, Rizzi has made 15 appearances for the side and has scored 53 points and 4 tries.
