Roumieu is a experienced hooker with over 300 professional games under his belt over a lengthy career.
After wearing the colours of Montauban, Castres, Bayonne and La Rochelle, he played his last game for Biarritz last season in the ProD2, playing 27 times during the season.
Following injuries to first choice hooker Julien Marchand and Peato Mauvaka during pre-season this summer, Toulouse opted to sign Roumieu until the end of November.
