Panis tried many sports in his youth, including judo and swimming before being enrolled at Stade Français ranks.
In 2015, he signed his first senior contract for one season before he impressed and was given an extension.
After a chain on impressive performances that saw his stay at Stade Francais being extended throughout the years, Panis heads into the 2020 season having made 72 appearances for the club.
