Bath v Exeter | Top Performers

Bath fall on the right side of a tough game but will not be happy with giving up a 26-0 lead.

Alfie Barbeary was awarded Man of the Match and put in a huge effort with his carries and managed to beat some defenders, he was huge for Bath in the tight aspects of the game when Exeter dug in in the second half. Immanuel Feyi-Waboso was equally as good on his carries and beat 12 defenders on the day. He was the danger that Exeter needed after they worked through their forwards and Henry Slade directed things around.

Stephen Varney was missed when he went off injured which was noticeable with the contestable kicks falling away. Exeter were 100% at the line out's and at scrum time with Thomas du Toit playing well off the bench and Quinn Roux coming off the bench to be the games highest tackler with 19. Daffyd Jenkins rounds up the list with some great work in set piece and tight phases as well as contesting and cleaning up kicks
