Quinn played most of his underage rugby with Old Crescent and Killaloe and schools rugby with Crescent Comprehensive. Before being selected for the Munster Academy he played AIL with Old Crescent and made his full Munster debut in the 2022/23 season playing three games, this after representing Ireland U20's in the Six Nations and U20 Championship.
