Brian Alainu'uese, born on 19 March 1994, is a Samoan international rugby union player who currently plays as a lock for Toulon. He has previously represented Waikato in New Zealand's Mitre 10 Cup and Glasgow Warriors in the Pro14 championship.

Alainu'uese began his rugby career with Waikato, making his debut in the ITM Cup in July 2013. He played six matches in his first season and scored three tries. His performances caught the attention of the Samoan under-20s team, and he represented them in five matches, scoring one try.

In October 2016, Alainu'uese signed with Glasgow Warriors in the Pro12 (now Pro14) on a short-term deal. He later extended his contract for two years, remaining with the Warriors until at least May 2019. During his time with Glasgow, he made 23 appearances for the club.

In October 2018, Alainu'uese signed a one-year deal with Toulon, a French club, with an option for a second year. By January 2019, he had already played 40 matches for Toulon and scored 10 points.

In February 2021, Alainu'uese inked a new two-year contract with Toulon, securing his services until 2023. He continues to play a crucial role as a lock for Toulon, showcasing his skills and contributing to the team's success.

Ahead of the World Rugby Cup 2023, Alainu'uese has been named in the squad for Samoa.
