Biller made his debut for Eagles on May 31, 2009 against Ireland in California.
He has played for Premiership’s Bath Rugby in 2011 and signed for Northampton Saints in 2012.
The hooker then moved back to California to play with his former club, San Francisco Golden Gate Rugby Football Club for the 2013 season.
