for quite some time playing both forms of the game. If it hadn’t been for rehabilitation Tugaga would have
clocked up more caps than what is currently credited to her. A well traveled player who has been to
Monaco with the Samoa 7s and an Oceania Championship. A participant of the inaugural Combine High
Performance Program for Samoa, PNG and Tonga players.
