Florin Bardasu was born and raised in Negrilești, Romania
In 2013 he played for București based European Challenge Cup side the Wolves.
After one season with the Wolves, Bardasu moved to SuperLiga club Baia Mare.
Ahead of the 2023 Rugby World Cup, Bardasu has been named in the squad for Romania.
