Ilaisa Droasese is a Fijian rugby union player who currently represents the Fijian Drua and has previously played for the Reds in Super Rugby. Born on 13 September 1999, he primarily plays as a centre or wing, showcasing his versatility in the backline.

Droasese was named in the Reds squad for the 2021 Super Rugby AU season, marking his involvement in high-level rugby. Prior to that, he represented Brisbane City in the 2019 National Rugby Championship. He made his Super Rugby debut in Round 1 of the 2021 Super Rugby AU against the Waratahs, making an impact by scoring a try off the bench.

His rugby journey began at Cuvu College Under 18, where he honed his skills and represented the school in the Under 18 division. In 2018, he joined the Under 20 Nadrogah team, followed by playing for West Bulldogs Rugby Union Colts in Brisbane. He also had the opportunity to be part of the Reds Academy and represent the Fiji U20s.

Droasese's achievements include participating in the Under 20 World Cup in 2019, where he gained valuable international experience.
