Born and bred in Worcester, England, Arr plies his trade as a scrumhalf. A graduate of the Royal Grammar School, Worcester, Arr went on to represent England at Under 20 level in 2008. He made his debut for the Worcester Warriors in late 2007.
After 217 senior appearances for the side, Arr announced that he would leave the side at the end of the 2018/19 season.
