Le Guen started his rugby at the age of 8 in Saint Médard en Jalles, and went on to represent the-PROD2 club Auch.
In 2014, he signed for Federale 1 club Périgueux before being given a new challenge with Soyaux-Angoulême, where he became captain of the team.
A mobile and rough hooker, he answered a call by Racing 92 in 2019, where he made 14 appearances heading into the 2020 Top 14 season.
