One of the hardest working loose forwards in the Canadian national set up, doing most of the dirty work at the breakdowns. Gilmour made his Test bow in 2013 and has since been utilized as an impact player off the bench. The slim loose forward is extremely strong on his feet and will make a huge impact on the ground for Canada. In 2015 he was selected to represent Canada at the Rugby World Cup in England.
