Born in Castelfranco Veneto in 2000, Zuliani is a flanker initially weaned by the Rugby Country nursery technicians.
He was captain of Benetton Rugby Under 18 in 2018, before being selected at the development school of the Ivan Francescato National Academy.
Zuliani embellished his rugby passport with a Benetton appearance in the European Challenge Cup in January 2020 with Calvisano, as a permit.
Zuliani immediately impressed his coaches as a permit player and made 15 appearances, between PRO14 and Challenge Cup.
In addition, he has totaled three appearances, and one goal, with the Italy Under 20 jersey in the Under 20 Six Nations of 2019 and 2020.
In May 2021, he signed a new first team deal with Benetton until 2023.
