Fourie made his debut for the Leopards in the 2011 Currie Cup Premier Division as an unused substitute.
He made four appearances for the NWU Pukke during the 2013 Varsity Cup competition, to which he returned the following year and made five appearances for the side.
Fourie joined Kimberley-based side Griquas for the 2016 season.
