Full time 29-12 Exeter Chiefs. It was the Chiefs' day today as they took control from the first whistle. The Cherry and Whites may feel very disappointed as its not often that they are dominated all over the park at Kingsholm, in particular their forward pack as it just couldn't compete with the a Chiefs pack who brought great intensity this afternoon. A mention for young No. 8 Ewers who won man-of-the-match and also Gareth Steenson who attributed 19 points with his boot. Thanks for following with Ultimate Rugby and good afternoon!

5 minutes left to play and it doesn't look like the Cherry and Whites can get back into it as they concede a scrum penalty and Chiefs opt to put it into touch for territory

Ultimate Rugby Oct 10

In front of the sticks Steenson steps up and it sails through to put the sides further adrift

Exeter have scrum on the 5m of Gloucester in the middle of the park, they do well in being awarded a scrum penalty

Exeter are showing no signs in slowing down as they look determined to hit back after Gloucester's try, play taking place inside the host's 22
