Today was all about the win....and lulling France into a false sense of security

We used the last 60 minutes as kick chasing practice but I'm fairly certain we'll have more against France.

@Karl 100% agree. Video session tomorrow will be brutal for most players. They will learn from today & be better next week for it. Don't give up on this team just yet.

all Ireland needed to do was a half hour of free flowing attacking rugby and put Italy under pressure at ruck time and we would have gotten a bonus point and have time to experiment different formations but they slacked off after the try POOR

Good teams win even when they're playing very poorly. It's about grit. Italy played very well, and Ireland will have a week to figure out where they fell short.
