henshaw did more than Moody to make that a tipped tackle. Definitely did all he could to get his upper body below his legs

I am not watching the game but why would any player risk breaking their neck or killing them selves in order to get a penalty? Like some of the munster fans accused the Glasgow hooker of doing when Earls tip tackled him... why would that happen Ide?? That doesn't make any sense!
