Sean, I was at the stadium, and the overwhelming vibe from both sides was positive. AB's & Irish players were absolute class acts. It was a day to make the sport very proud. (Anonymous chat rooms are never as civil as real life, sadly.)

Anyway from what I saw and heard in Chicago over last 22 hours the NewZealand fans were hugely magnanimous in defeat and supportive and complimentary and bought the drinks

And what a brilliant game so jealous, the fact that Ireland scored 5 tries the same amount of tries scored against NZ in their last SIX games is eye opening

That was my first international test match (USA v Maori wasn't a capped game the night before) and it was well worth the price of admission. Two great teams had an incredible match. 69 points, pure passion from both sides, and the fans of both teams were electric. We gotta get the States hooked on this sport!!! What entertainment. Incredible.
