"But only if he misses the original kick" That's what happen in that game in close match in 2013.... so I don't think there was any bribes going towards the ref in the situation! So get over it mate!!

Nz only won because of the ref last time. "Aw you missed that kick, take it again". Hopefully they won't bribe the ref this time
