So pissed off I missed this game lol

That's full time! Thank you for joining us for an exciting start to the Aviva Premiership. Despite a bright start to the 2nd half from the Falcons, Leicester responded in style with two tries in quick succession and never looked like surrendering their lead.

First day hat trick! Setting up for the rest of the season haha!

How come Freddie can kick this year?

The pace is gone from the came as we approach the end. A few handling errors and some scuffles off the ball has taken the momentum out of the game.

After being embarrassed a few minutes ago down the other end of the field the Falcons pack show they can use brut force as well. From a line out 10m out the visitors pack drive their way over to pull back a try. 7 minutes remain.

Brut force from the Leicester pack. They drive the Falcons over the line from 5 yards. Loamanu secured the ball between his legs allowing Mele to dive on the ball when it reached the whitewash

The ball goes loose on the Falcons try line. Bai is first to react and dives on the ball but he carries over his own line. Scrum 5 Leicester ball.

End to end stuff here at Welford road. Newcastle thought they were in for a try before the long arm of Vereniki Goneva stretches out and incepts the ball and goes 90m to round off his hat trick

Newcastle look to drag themselves back into this game as they drive from a line out into the Tigers 22. Tipuna feeds Sinoti who dances through the first tackle but looses control of the ball and hands possession back to Leicester.
