The side are out for the second half
New Zealand take a slender 7-6 lead over South Africa into halftime. The Springboks kicked two early penalties for a 6-0 lead, with each side missing a penalty attempt thereafter. South Africa dominated both territory and possession for much of the half, but the All Blacks showed their lethal efficiency with a counter attack try from a knock on just before the break to take a one point advantage into the second half.
The All Blacks are the first team in history to reach 16,000 points. No other team has even gone beyond 14,000.
