First-half is underway!

Good afternoon everyone and welcome to this LV=Cup clash from AJ Bell stadium between hosts Sale Sharks and the visiting Llanelli Scarlets. With the Six Nations up and running this weekend this competition will act as a real measure of the strength in depth of these squads due to the obvious international absences. However it also gives some fringe players a chance to make a claim to move up the pecking order and most importantly for both teams, it is a chance to get one step closer to some silverware.
