Penalty Taranaki

Wainui with a great take out the air

Iti turns it and clear

The challengers send it wide left and have numbers

Naki out wide through Price and good offload in contact

Taranaki in possession

Taranaki have not held the shield since 2011 where they managed 8 successful challenges where they lost it to Waikato

Shield Fever hits Waikato as the Ranfurly Shield is up for grabs with Taranaki being the challengers.

Taranaki have 4 wins from their 5 games and will relish this chance to get the Log o Wood for the 6th time but they need to go through Waikato, 10 times winners and 56 successful defences
