Maxime Mermoz

Mermoz won the 2006 Under 21 Rugby World Championship and he has gone on to win French league titles with Toulouse and Perpignan before moving to Toulon where he shared in their European Cup triumphs of 2013 and 2014 as well as securing another league winner's medal.

Mermoz made his test debut against Australia on the 5th of July 2008 and made his Six Nations debuted against Scotland the following year.

February 2017 saw the France international centre added to his list of top clubs he has played for when signed for Premiership side, Leicester Tigers, for the remainder of the 2016/17 season.

After the completion of his Leicester deal, Mermoz joined Newcastle Falcons on a short-term deal.

Mermoz made 5 appearances in the Premiership during the 2017/18 season before signing a deal to re-join Toulouse for the 2018/19 season, the club he started his career with.

As of the 2018/2019 Champions Cup, Mermoz has had 45 European Cups appearances scoring 5 tries and 15 points.
