Newcastle Red Bulls can confirm that head coach Alan Dickens will leave the club at the end of the current season.
The former scrum-half has been with Newcastle since the summer of 2024, providing valuable stability during a period of major transition.
Having enjoyed success coaching Northampton Saints and England Under-20s, among others, Dickens will depart in the summer with the sincere thanks and best wishes of Newcastle Red Bulls.
Sporting general manager Neil McIlroy said: “Alan is a very well-respected coach who has made a significant contribution here.
“On behalf of the entire club I want to thank him for the professionalism he has shown throughout our ongoing re-organisation, and for his continued commitment in striving to finish the season strongly.
