Banks Extends Brumbies Deal

Brumbies fullback Tom Banks has agreed to a one-year contract extension that will keep him at the Brumbies for the 2019 Super Rugby season.

The talented, free-running Banks, signed for the club at the commencement of the 2017 Super Rugby campaign, having made his debut in the competition for the Reds the previous year.

Ironically, Banks made his Reds debut against the Brumbies in 2015 and coincidentally made his Brumbies bow against his former club in the 43-10 Round 7 success at GIO Stadium in Canberra.

He claimed three tries in his maiden Brumbies year crossing in the 19-10 win over the Southern Kings in Port Elizabeth before securing a double in the 39-15 win over the Jaguares at the Estadio Jose Amalfitani in Buenos Aires.
