British & Irish Lions Squad Announced

The eyes of the rugby world fell upon the O2 arena in London, England where Ieuan Evans (B&I Lions Chair and Tour Manager) along with head coach Andy Farrell announced the touring squad for the 2025 Lions tour to Australia. Prior to the much anticipated announcement it was revealed that England Captain Maro Itoje would be leading the squad. The saw Itoje being named as the 47th British and Irish Lions captain, and the first of African descent.

38 men representing 4 different countries were named on the day with England and Ireland dominating the squad as expected. Here is a list of the 38 players selected for the 2025 tour to Australia.
