A convincing win for Perth as they came from behind ,after trailing by 16 to come away with the win and the spot in the Grand Final. Both sides were enterprising on the attack , and work hard when called on to defend but, Perth were much more determined to get the result on the day. Starved of possession , Sydney spent the bulk of the first half defending during a time when Perth were rampant with ball in hand. Sydney did have a number of opportunities with ball in hand but, were let down bad inferior handling. In the end the visitors made the most of their visits into the opposing 22 and scored points on the regular, resulting in a well deserved win,
