Brayden Mitchell opened up the scoring after a great offload by McKee, his try was canceled out by Jerome Kaino who snuck his way over the line in the 25th minute.
The lead exchanged hands throughout the game but Auckland sealed the win Taleni Seu forced his way over the line.
