Ealing Trailfinders can today reveal the signing of Oli Robinson and Jack Rouse, who both join the club for the 2019/20 season.
The pair have been standout performers in the BUCS Super League throughout the past year and will now make the step in to professional rugby at Trailfinders Sports Club.
Oli Robinson, a 22-year-old back-rower won the BUCS Super Rugby Player of the Year award for an impressive campaign with Northumbria University in 2018. He has been a Newcastle Falcons Academy Associate during his time studying, and the 6ft 3” flanker has also spent time in Australia with Eastern Suburbs, adding to his already experienced rugby CV.
Jack Rouse, another back-rower has played 53 times for Exeter University and his performances recently earned him a call-up to England Students. During his time at Exeter he won two Super Rugby League titles, and featured in the final at Twickenham Stadium.
