Leicester Tigers lock Sebastian De Chaves said talks are "looking pretty positive" over a new deal to keep him at Welford Road.

The 24-year-old South African is out-of-contract at the end of the season after joining from French Top 14 side Mont de Marsan in 2013.

De Chaves has been one of Tigers most improved players this season, thriving after being thrown into the mix early in the campaign as a spate of injuries wreaked havoc with Tigers' second row.
