Despite a slow start to the game Treviso managed to claw their way back into this fixture in the second half with tries through Pratichetti and Naude. But persistent infringing throughout allowed Tonks to keep the scoreboard ticking over and to build on their bright start. The match ended in a bit of controversy when the ref awarded a penalty against the head to Edinburgh as Treviso looked for a last minute try.
