With the Shield still very much up for grabs at half time with the score at 17-17, Canterbury came out all guns blazing in the 2nd half and scored 61 points in 40 minutes with Ennor and Bridge scoring most of the tries and Mo'unga dictating play well supported by Bird, Brown and Drummond
