The last time I ran out in the white jersey back in March. Heartbroken to say the least about the news that the 7s program is coming to an end for now. Especially in such an important year leading into Tokyo. It’s been an amazing two years there and it’s such an important program for all sorts of reason, such as giving players like me a second chance at professional rugby. But the show goes on... looking forward to my next chapter at @saracensofficial and getting back into 15s! The Olympic dream still stays no matter what. All part of the journey🤟🏻 📸 @dayabay

The former LI Academy player made his international 7s debut in 2018 and was an impressive part of the squad which qualified for Tokyo 2020.

Harris started playing rugby at the age of 13 for Royal Grammar School High Wycombe and went on to make his club debut for Maidenhead RFC at 14.

In his final year at school, the winger captained the first XV team and was part of the squad that won the Windsor Sevens and Solihull Sevens.

He had a spell with the London Irish Academy where he played in the A-League in September 2017, before making his debut for the England Sevens at the opening tournament of the Rugby Europe Sevens Grand Prix Series in Moscow, Russia in 2018 at just 18 years old. He went on to make his World Rugby Sevens Series debut a year later in Las Vegas.
