Stormers shuffle their coaching team roles

The Stormers have shuffled the roles of their coaching staff ahead of the 2018 Super Rugby campaign.

According sport24, Paul Treu, formerly the team's defence coach, is now the assistant coach for structural play.

Last season’s forwards coach, Russell Winter, is now the assistant coach for forwards and contact situations, including breakdown scenarios.

“What Fleckie (Robbie Fleck, head coach) and Gert (Smal, director of rugby) want is that our roles fit with our personalities,” Treu said. 

The Stormers open their Super Rugby campaign at home against the Jaguares on Saturday (15:05 kick-off).

Fleck will name his team on Thursday.
