Sunwolves vs Waratahs:


Gerhard van den Heever: The former Bulls and Stormers winger had fantastic outing as he scored two impressive tries for the Sunwolves. The South African was strong with ball in hand, as he made 134 metres in the game, beating seven defenders and also making two crucial line breaks.


Israel Folau: The Australian international became his country’s highest try scorer in the competition as he dotted down two against the Japanese side. Izzy made a total of 97 meters in the match and he also beat seven defenders along the way.

Jack Dempsey: The 24-year-old, who played 8th man put in a huge performances of the Tahs and found himself getting on the scoresheet. The Aussie only played 62 minutes of the match but made 13 carries and 6 tackles.

Crusaders vs Hurricanes:


Scott Barrett: Immense 50 minute performance from the big man using his physicality to muscle over for two tries and had a number of good carries.
 
 
Manasa Mataele: A constant threat with ball in hand with some outstanding runs, beating defenders and got an incredible offload away to Mounga for a try.
 
 
Jordan Taufua: Some storming runs, great offloads and work rate in a busy performance scoring one try.
 
 
Richie Mounga: Slick distribution and control of the game and was rewarded with two tries.
 
 
Ben Lam: Came into life in the second half with some powerful runs beating defenders and finished off two tries.
 
 
 
 
Brumbies vs Chiefs:
 
 
 
 
 
Christian Leali'ifano: The 31 year old rolled back the years as he dictated play for the home side and had the Chiefs scrambling in defence from start to finish. 2 Try Assists on the night and a 10 point haul from conversions
 
 
Tom Banks: Incredible effort by Banks who lead the game in meters run and defenders beaten. He scored a brilliant try on the night and was on hand for many of the others.
