Lasha Lomidze, born on 30 June 1992, is a talented Georgian rugby union player renowned for his skills as a number 8. Currently plying his trade for London Irish in the prestigious English Premiership, Lomidze has also earned the privilege of representing his country on the international stage as a member of the Georgia national team.
Lomidze's rugby journey began in Montpellier, where he honed his skills and developed as a player. Although he did not make any appearances for Montpellier's first team, he showcased his potential and talent as a member of the club's Under-23 side.
In May 2013, Lomidze was part of the Montpellier Under-23 team that clinched the champion de France Espoirs title, showcasing his capabilities and setting a strong foundation for his career.
In the summer of 2014, Lomidze made a move to AS Béziers Hérault, continuing his development and gaining valuable experience in French rugby. His time with Béziers allowed him to further refine his skills and enhance his understanding of the game.
