Lues is a Chilean player who currently plays for Selknam in the position as prop. In the 2019/20 season he played for Stade Toulousian. From the 2020/21 season until now, he has played for Selknam in the Super Rugby Americas.
In the 2022/23 season thus far, Lues has played 8 matches for Selknam. At the conclusion of the Super Rugby Americas 2022/23, Lues was identified as one of the leading Loose head props with a 100% tackle completion rate.
Ahead of the Rugby World Cup 2023, Lues has been named in the training squad for Chile.
