Toulon knew only a win would do on Saturday evening, and they looked on a mission from the get-go.
Emmanuel Meafou’s strength was too much to handle for the Sharks after just two minutes. The Toulouse forwards couldn’t be kept quiet later in the half either when Julien Marchand got his third of the campaign.
It was flowing for the Toulouse side soon after as Antoine Dupont finished off a series of silky passes to cross as the score ticked over to 21-0.
Kalvin Gourgues, back in the side after sitting out last week, continued his spectacular form of late when he went over late on.
Final score as Toulon prove too strong for Gloucester.
