Stormers back to winning ways

A top of the table clash in Cape Town as Glasgow Warriors looked to get their tour back on track and the Stormers looked to get their home crows back in their corner following a tough start to 2026.

The hosts looked more settled and in control as they built some good scoreboard pressure off some good tries but a more balanced approach to the game. Discipline did impact both sides but more so Glasgow who suffered when penalised and let the game get too far away.

The 48-12 win is a morale booster for the hosts and Glasgow can now regroup with their week off after still seemingly out of sortes following their Champions Cup exit to Toulon. What this result does do is tighten things up in the top four and it opens the door for Leinster to finish the weekend joint top with the Stormers
