Arrate is young fly-half who has taken the field for French side Biarritz, and has also represented France under 20s.
He has widen his selection options as he is able to play at fullback and inside centre as well.
After a number of impressive displays and 35 appearances for Biarritz, Arrate signed a deal with Stade Francais and linked up with the side ahead of the 2018/19 season.
